The managing editor of Playboy magazine and founder of DadMag, wanted their Father's Day promotion to capture the attention of prominent media. In the concentrated weeks leading up to "D-Day," Esther Loewy secured media placement in The Chicago Sun Times and interested several business and technology reporters. Designed to be, the single most comprehensive source for information, targeted specifically for the 21.4 million online fathers, between the ages of 25 and 54, on parenting, fitness and travel, DadMag's board members included the Dean of Columbia School of Journalism and President Bush's Assistant at the Department of Health and Human Services.
